Due to the nature of our business, all items are custom made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, color options/size charts before submitting an order to ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to make changes after production has begun. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
