Products & Custom Orders
All products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of custom embroidery and apparel, all sales are final once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturer defect or error caused by StitchedbyWells please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all mockups, sizes, quantities, colors, and spelling prior to production. StitchedbyWells Design is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice
Production Time
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, design approval, and product availability. StitchedbyWells Design is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders may not be canceled or changed once production has begun. Any approved changes prior to production may result in additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
StitchedbyWells Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
